Our standard replacement policy currently covers:
- Within 30 days you have the right to return your item if you experience any issues or if you change your mind and the item is unused
- Within 12 months we will offer a replacement for any mechanical issues experienced
Our 24 month warranty covers any issues with the machine, blades or accessories and a replacement will be provided, free of charge.
Terms & conditions:
The warranty much be purchased within 30 days of the original order.
The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage or misuse.
Please note our 12 month warranty applies to orders placed after 01.01.23 when our warranty was extended from 6 months to 12 months.
