Refund policy

Our returns policy is designed to be fair to customers and easy to use. 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days if you aren't entirely satisfied. Beyond 30 days, we reserve the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
  • Returns are charged at £3.99 which covers the cost of the pre paid label we provide. Creating a returns label is free, we simply deduct £3.99 from your refund
  • If the item is faulty then we cover the cost of the return

Can I exchange my item instead of returning?

  • Yes, simply send us a video showing the issue and we should be able to arrange a replacement without you needing to return
  • Sometimes we may request that you return the item so we can investigate the issue

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days

How do I return?

  • Simply fill out your order details via our returns platform:
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
