Shipping policy

 

Orders placed before 1pm are generally dispatched on the same day during the working week, Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday.

Taxes

Please notes that if any local taxes are due, these will need to be paid by the recipient prior to delivery. The UK recently left the European Union and any orders sent from our warehouse in the UK to European countries will be charged import VAT and this will need to be paid by the recipient. Failure to pay the local taxes may result in your parcel being destroyed and you won't be eligible for a refund. If the goods are sent back to us due to non payment, any costs associated with return postage will be deducted from any refunds. 

Wrong address disclaimer

GoldSkull cannot be held accountable for incorrect postage details including the wrong address or partial information missing. In the circumstances of a mistake, please notify us as soon as possible and we will try our best to rectify the situation. If an order is returned to GoldSkull due to non delivery then we will need to arrange payment of the shipping costs before sending the order to the correct address. If an order is lost due to incorrect delivery then this is the responsibility of the buyer and we won't be able to refund. Please take care to enter the full correct address on your order.
