Warranty information:

The GoldSkull Pro is built to last and your warranty covers you for any manufacturing issues for 6 months or 12 months if you choose to upgrade. If you are outside of your warranty and the machine is not working, you can choose to keep your existing attachments and order a replacement machine.

Needed a replacement due to a fault. Emailed and within 2 days a brand new item had been delivered to my door. Great customer service

Great customer service

Bought this as a present at Christmas and to be honest wasn’t that impressed with the shave & then it stopped working recently. Customer service were fantastic & sent a replacement straight away after we uploaded a video showing the problem. The replacement is so much better & realised we should have sent the original back straight away. Can’t fault customer service it was amazing!

Excellent peice of kit

I bought this for my husband who keeps annoying me to shave the back of his head as he can't reach all of it with his electric shaver. It's brilliant and loves using it... give him a great close shave and because you can hold and feel the scalp he doesn't ask me to finish off. We did have an issue with the 1st one as stopped working after 3 months but the company were excellent and sent out a replacement with no issues... I would thoroughly recommend this shaver and this company 5 star service ;-)
